I was married very young, the marriage failed. I had a couple of failed relationships and after that for 17 yrs I lived a lesbian lifestyle. Then one day I gave my life to the my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I'm 48 yrs. old, I've looked for love in man early in life, looked for love from women later in life. But found real love from him. I didnt have to look for that love, HE FOUND ME. I've been drug. And alcohol free for 6 years now. I've been through alot, as GODS WORDS SAYS., But...... MATTHEW 28:20 I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS I am not alone🙌

Jesus said: Not everyone can accept this teaching, but only those to whom it is given. For there are eunuchs who have been so from birth, and there are eunuchs who have been made eunuchs by others, and there are eunuchs who have made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. Let anyone accept this who can. (Matthew 19:11-12) If we only look at the first category only, Jesus mentions eunuchs who were born that way. In the ancient Jewish culture natural or born eunuchs was associated with people with gay tendencies. Jesus shows no condemnation and very matter-of-factly asserts that some people are simply born that way.

Very good explanation, i remember when I first got saved and met this lady in Church we got together and started living together. Then on a trip home one time went to my Church where I got saved, and my Pastor told me we should not be sleeping together. He explained why and I said to her we are not going to be intimate until we get married, and that's what we did. i thank that Pastor for bringing this to my attention.

Wonderful teachings I love these sermons more than my own desires. It helps to be afraid if I am still sinning. Cleaning up sin is really easy if I have enough fear of God combined with a desire to be faithful to Jesus. I have recognized the immediate danger we face today and my lusts against God are less appealing. Sometimes I might even ask God for some strength to do His will. One day I hope to stand before God and be accepted as righteous, but it's hard to imagine myself that way now. I am far from acceptable without Jesus.

I'm Catholic and I really appreciate what you said from God's Word + we cannot have fellowship with a person who is living in sin. Yet we have respect, with sadness - grieving that they are living on the path of "eternal destruction" "contrary to the Gospel of Jesus Christ" (2 Th 1:9).

I told her from what I understand, she would be left behind, or worse, you leave here and die in a car accident, you will go to hell. She cried, she said..I know Jesus as my savior and I read my Bible concerning this matter, and prayed and prayed and believe..I am saved and it’s ok with my life style. The other woman claimed the same...it broke my heart and still does. I told her that I would never agree to her thinking, and that I will be praying for her and that I would always love her and I do. Any advise? Thank you.,Sir.

Stick with the Divinely approved teaching of St. Paul on this plaguing evil in the evil world around us. It's states this! "God gave them up in the lusts of their [own] hearts to sexual impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves [abandoning them to the degrading power of sin], 25 Because they exchanged the truth of God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, Who is blessed forever! Amen (so be it). 26 For this reason God gave them over and abandoned them to vile affections and degrading passions. For their women exchanged their natural function for an unnatural and abnormal one, 27 And the men also turned from natural relations with women and were set ablaze (burning out, consumed) with lust for one another-men committing shameful acts with men and suffering in their own bodies and personalities the inevitable consequences and penalty of their wrong-doing and going astray, which was [their] fitting retribution. 28 And so, since they did not see fit to acknowledge God or approve of Him or consider Him worth the knowing, God gave them over to a base and condemned mind to do things not proper or decent but loathsome,Romans 1:24-28 (AMPLIFIED BIBLE) HTH.

I am a former gay man, it wasn’t easy to escape the clutches of that perversion. After struggling with same sex attraction for decades I finally realized the secret to letting go was understanding that Christ died to free me and by his resurrection I too was given a new life in him. I am overjoyed to be free and to grow in the spirit as I walk with Christ every day. As I reflect on my past I’m amazed that I clung to the idea that nothing could liberate me from homosexuality. If you are suffering from those ideas please let go of those lies. You are a new creation in Christ Jesus. Old thing pass away and all things become new. AMEN!

*Jesus never had a bad word word to say about gays. That answer Christ gave about “a man taking a woman as his wife” was part of a reply to a question about divorce, not gays. Paul said in an epistle that gays were “an abomination”. Funny thing is that Paul never met Jesus. He became a Christian two years after Christ died.*
@nothingfree35245 жыл бұрын
why was sin created in the first place? if god is a creator of everything that includes homosexuality also just because certain people are offended from such they create the notion it's a sin because they are not as such and claim it's against god, what is written was written by man and interpretated in many different ways by many men so. one will choose to believe what makes them comfortable from the interpretation that gives the most comfort, not knowing if it fact or opinion.

I consider myself a follower of Jesus. Failing most of the time though. People that are gay or lesbian are no threat to me. To suggest that those people can be turned into ‘straight’ people is like forcing an owl to live in the day. We should not be the ones judging other people. If there is any judging to be done it is done by God and between that person and Him. None of our business actually. I believe that when we are judged it will not be for how often or how little we read the bible, but about how we treated other people and about all the things we did NOT do.

Hello Michael Pearl, I question, a clarification and question? I’ve heard it said you are trained in the Greek and perhaps the Hebrew as well! If so here’s my question why is the slaughter of the innocent’s not brought up in the resurrection story along with Jesus/Yeshua I know after much studying their were 144,000 children slaughtered because of King Herod. These are the Bride of Yeshua! Scriptures said that they paid large money to cover up the resurrection of both our Messiah and the children being raised, and scriptures say it would be covered up to this very day! So studying the Greek portion of scriptures alone I would think would be enough to clarify these two major events? Studying the Greek using strongs is how I found this! I’m simply trying to get a better understanding of why it’s not preached? Thank you Mike!

I've seen so many "Christians" quote from the Torah. Nowhere in the Christian bible "New Testament" did Jesus mention homosexuality. Hey thanks for reminding me of that verse in Romans. I went and researched it and Paul was referring to a specific cult practice where men would castrate themselves, dress up as women, and be anally penetrated by priestesses of that cult of Cybele headed by Ceaser’s wife. Which is why he said they received the penalty for their sin, cause castration be permanent. Also young boys would have been part of this. If I had to put my eyes on that information you do too. My eye is still twitching at the mental image.

But didn't PAUL write Romans? Paul never knew Jesus - never heard him give his teachings - never witnessed his authentic actions and reactions. Paul's only relationship to Jesus is a spurious hallucination on the side of the road. Even Peter challenged Paul's self-proclaimed authority. Paul is not a reliable authority on what Jesus would have said about homosexuality. The truth is we simply don't know what Jesus thought about homosexuality.
