Most ncr districts are in haryana only. And if delhi wasn't capital,it would be part of haryana. Since the region was always part of haryana until it became a separate city and captial. Location of delhi is also surrounded by haryana from 3 sides. Usually an area which is surrounded by a region,is usually part of that region. Like indus civilization was part of eastern persian population and indian population from west

No it's not, only a fraction of haryana was under khalsa Raj, most of it was part of Maratha Empire when the British took over Haryana through the treaty of surji anjangaon from Marathas and later after the 1857 revolt merged it with Punjab presidency

Hindi and urdu both should be removed from Bihar. lucknow, UP is the standard dialect of Urdu, so UP should keep Urdu as an official language. Bihar should have Magahi, Maithili, and Bhojpuri as their official language. Patna, the state capital, is a Magahi speaking region and all Bhojpuri speakers have moved in from north of ganga
