It's just my way of seeing things, but faster Nurburgring times impress me more than top speed figures. The challenge of braking, turning, acceleration, dampening and driver skill, of a track like Nurburgring, really speaks so much for the car and driver. I like track times much more than top speeds or 0-60's or 1/4 miles.

To attempt a record you need to do two runs each direction plus it's not a stock chiron it is a modified prototype version of chiron they removed the back wings, installed roll cage and many more changes to do this speed run, so basically and technically koenigsegg is the fastest according to the Guinness world records

So fyi, at those speeds weight is irrelevant. 95% of the power is going into overcoming drag rather than rolling resistance. So, the Koenigsegg being lighter means jack shit, it makes a difference of maybe 50 hp to the power demands.

Lightness has never anything to do with top speed. Top speed is when drag matches power. Also, the bug had tail wind. It did 300-400 at 4-6 sec faster than normal chiron.
