Hi, Is that a Plumber Tools Flexshaft? Just looking at those for a more compact set up than the Ridgid K9.

Hey it's from Picote. They are all pretty much the same I believe.

In general these cables from the Scandinavian countries are more robust than the Ridgid ones. They are a bit less flexible but they make up for that with more power and quicker on-site repair. You just cut and go. no sodder. But be careful in reverse as it can unwind.

@@PrupisPlumbing I've just figured out brazing for my 102 cable yesterday. I kinked it by having too much exposed! I think these cables are spirals like a helix so don't unravel and that's also why they are more stiff. Every day is a learning day!

@@draingeeks Ridgid flex shaft is cross wound so you can go forward or reverse. The other cables are uni-directional so if you hit an obscuration in reverse, if the tip isn't moving the cable will unwind. So to widen a reinstatement or get some root stragglers you can go careful in reverse

Hey depends on the situation. In some cases it can cost more in some it can save tens of thousands if not more. It's not only about the savings but also about the time savings and lack of mess.

Which smoke tester

This is the ROM eSmoke machine. Has a remote control so you can add smoke intensity and control the fan from afar. It's really nice, and not too loud.
