Another great video. I used to worry about age and getting older when I played football but took to cycling at 48 and now 60. Off to Majorca with mates in May and the Alps in summer. Proof that cycling, cafe stops and beers are for any age. Keep up the good work my man🚴👌👍

I love following you and I love your videos but you should stop bashing against vegans! it sounds a little primitive in 2024 to think less of someone’s eating habits. Maybe your next step, after having stopped drinking your next move can be to reduce consumption of meat! Better for the body and the planet !! Btw it’s not that im vegan I still eat meat but with moderation. For the planet, animal and our health, and no…you don’t need to eat meat to get your protein!
