Brad's Rcs yeah it amazes me too! Only down side is the shocks they need to be oil filled.

@@GabrieleMolinarolo the 1635 doesn't come with oil filled shocks stock either, you have to order them separate. The Remo is super fast, but seems to have weak suspension arms, I broke one of mine and cracked the chassis my 1st time out with it. Have a new chassis and aluminum suspension arms on the way, hopefully that will make it last longer. The Q901 looks to be more durable out of the box for people though but doesn't have any aftermarket hop up parts (probably because it doesn't seem to need them). I'll be looking into getting a Q901 if my Remo doesn't hold up.

I've done away with the body clips. Just use velcro strips along inside bottom edges of canopy and along outside edge of chassis.

Derren Mead definitely I tried the other shocks from the ZD Racing but they’re too thick. Have you a link for the ones that fit yours?

I used the Remo A6955 alloy GTR shocks from bangood they fit perfectly, I reused the original springs tho. Tip: use small washers on front control arm ball joints to keep them from popping out and cut alitle fuel line about an 1/8th inch long to slip on shock shaft to prevent bottoming out.

sega sega I will when I have found a method where the oil doesn’t leak because it currently is and defeats the point and your RC is covered with shock oil

Do you change shocks? Have you filled stock shock absorbers with oil?

sega sega no I ran this stock. I have tried using o rings with oil but it just leaked. I have also tried other shocks but they’re too big in diameter. So am still experimenting.

There are oil filled shocks available from xinlehong as an upgrade. They are on Banggood or eBay. Search "xinlehong 901 oil shocks" and you'll find them. They work for any of xinlehong's 1/16 scale models. (q901, q902, q903, 9130, 9135, 9136, 9137 and 9138).
