@@DonisDeth You must be really proud of yourselves for using these modern yet shitty drones against a poor army, armed primarily with Cold War era weapons with virtually 0 air defense capabilities. It's like a raid tier trash mob (that's Turkey btw) pummeling the shit out of a low level player character. Turkey is like a bully. Always was. Preying on the weak and defenseless. And as soon as someone who was her match came along, things came to a standstill at best. Same pattern here in the 21st century. Turkey hasn't changed one bit! Aside from the loss of her satellite states, lol. Just look at Ukraine. As soon as Russia got serious and brought some basic AA systems, all if not most TB2 drones were shot dead like flies. One missing fact that there is an engine company called TEI(Turkish engine industries) which already produced and certified local engines for TAI Anka and Aksungur drones. They also built local engines for both Akıncı and Kızılelma drones but those engines are under certification tests. Kızılelma will enter service with local engines and 2nd version of Akıncı will replace does ukrainian engines with local ones but other engines will be on offer for the customer country so that they can decide either Ukrainian or Turkish engines. TEI even built engines for 6 to 10 tones class of helicopters and they are currently working on a stealth new generation engine to replace GE F110 engines which are used in both Turkish F16s and the first prototype of TF-X( so called MMU which means national fighter aircraft in Turkish.)

@@lou6749 that was long time ago. They are serious sanctions against turkish defence industry as of now. They would colapse if they were not making their own rnd and manifacturing. There are some export engines. Such as rotax engines for smaller uavs and ge engines for actual fighters but they have domestic alternatives to be implemented after the first tests. Whole turkish airforce use ge engines and all the infrastructre is build around them. You cant just change that in one day. That would take some tine until most off the fleet becomes domestic or upgraded with domestic systems.

Lets count 1-) Anka-S ( Anka 1): to give coordinates and lazer pointing for the t129 attack I for the altitudes of t129 cant go near because of manpads so instead of loosing an attack helicopter we can easily point with Anka-S then helicopter can shoot without getting near to threat and it can also carry some weapons. It is rival of mq-1. Some models of it is linked to satallite some of them is using different communication device. 2-) Aksungur (Anka 2) : It can fly many many hours and can reach up to too high altitude that no drone can reach in real life. In theory they claim but cant do. This drone is very special for navy in two reasons it can carry light torpido, orka and can locate Submarines with a sonar which is made again by turkey 3-) Anka-3 : wingless design drone. It is expected to fly its first flight in late of 2023. It will be the rival of X47B drone. It has the duty of striking ground targets it will be mainly made about air to ground tasks 4-) Kargı : It is the rival of harpy. It can do whatever a harpy can do 5-) Şimşek : It is subsonic target drone for testing many air weapons. But it has an ability that can change the war which is to be seen as f16 in enemy radars. Think what can be done with this deception. First you can run their air defense system out Second you can shoot a fighter while it is distracted with a fake f16 6-) tb2 : all i can say is it is the death of every ground vehicle It is making a job of A-10. It has an artifical intelligence that provides a drone to come back to its base which suprised ukrainian 7-) tb3 : bigger and better. Desinged for the navy and aircraft carriers 8-) Akıncı : It is big brother of tb2 but it is very deadly because it can carry cruise missiles manpads air to air missile can shoot helicopters and big drones of enemy and has 9 stations with lots of weapons 9-) Kızılelma : stealth drone and it has the ability to make an air to air fight can carry air to air missiles cruise missiles 10-) bayraktar diha : it is a vtol drone that needs no pists to launch or take off. It is small and used for observing 11-) bayraktar mini iha : for observing of local military bases and small units 12-) boyga : drone that can carry mortar bombs on enemy. It is small and effective 13-) Kargu : self attack drone, kamikaze 14-) Karayel : …… Last point, Everybody thinks that Türkiye is making 5th generation fighter but with kızılelma and Anka-3, Türkiye is making 6th generation fighter in silience. Ukraine is among the more loyal countries out there, they don't stab you in the back like other "allies". Then like I said, copying F-22 is not enough, the electronics and engine is much more complicated more than what the turkish engineers can handle as turkey only hiring engineers who have an in with their uncles have friends in the right places who can pull strings who hired them to those places without proper knowledge. Turkey is trying to make with mediocre engineers while losing their high quality engineers to either abroad or to some low quality factories because they don't have relatives who can set them up for life at those Tusas-Tai-tubitak-havelsan-aselsan which are the main military industries. Even turkish car is stolen and they cannot even make it work longer than 150km without 30mins of recharging which is horrendous and waste of money inefficient.

Another short story is that the USA and some European countries did not sell weapons to countries that were against their interests. And as if that wasn't enough, they set up terrorist organizations with fancy sentences against these countries. They gave them expensive weapons that many countries don't have, and these terrorist organizations killed many women and innocent children in this way. But the situation in the world is now reversed, because Turkish UAVs are both cheap and very effective, even the poorest countries can buy dozens of these UAVs now. All the killers' heads will be crushed in the field, there is not even one anymore. hole for them to hide. And we will watch live from the videos how they escape like rats..

Worth noting all of this comes along with a very strong Turkish small arms market. Lots of their guns are imported into the US, but none of their ammo. Their firearms are really high quality, on par with anything coming from FN, Sig, H&K, etc. $670 million USD industry in 2021 just in the US - with $378 million of that being pistols. At this point we don't import Turkish ammo, and the ammo ends up in all sorts of shady places after being funneled through Cyprus. I understand it's pretty good ammo, better than anything the Russians ever made. Their arms market is going crazy, I'm sure.

“There are two unknowns in the world: one is the cold poles and the other is the Turks” - French Historian Albert Sorel "The hand of the Turk, who mercilessly brandishes the sword, is also adept at bandaging the wounds of the people he defeated and his friend, whom he rushed to his aid" - Scottish Poet Lord Byron "It is possible to show the face, strong figure, shiny costume, feelings of compassion, elegant demeanor, polite smile, lion roar of the Turk with a brush. But it is very difficult to show the essence of the Turk. This essence is seen like moonlight but cannot be shown" - French Painter Alexandre G. Decamps "The Turk, who resembles a relentless hurricane, a terrible sea and a ruthless lightning while attacking his enemy, is a morning breeze, a clear lake, on the side of a friend and in the face of an unarmed enemy" - Italian Poet and Writer Tasso “Today I am a prisoner of the Turks. They did to me what iron, fire and water could not do, they made me a prisoner. Only I have no chains on my feet, and I am not in a dungeon; I do what I want. But this time I am also a prisoner of compassion, nobility, kindness. The Turks wrapped me in this diamond vineyard. If you only knew how precious it is to live as a free prisoner among such a Decently noble and kind nation.” - King of Sweden Charl “The Turkish nation has been a professional soldier for two thousand years. The profession of all Turks is military service. If you ask any army in the world, they will tell you that it is not easy or cannot be thought against the Turkish soldier" - UK Army W. Donaldson "Turks can be killed, but they cannot be defeated" - Emp. Napoleon Bonaparte “Anyone who wants to enjoy the war must fight the Turks” - British Major General Sir Charles F. Townshend “It is possible to see the confidence that the weapon gives to the soul in the gaze of every Turk. He has learned to look at life and events with confidence. What is inevitable is that the spirit of the Turks will shine again and the history of this heroic nation, born to use weapons, will find its old light. I write this fact, which I can see already, as a note to history” - German Field Marshal Von Moltke

@@xAlexTobiasxB the exact opposite. The first serious weapon development work in the Turks started after the 1974 embargoes. When the US gave weight to Greece in the Turkish-Greek balance policy on many issues such as UAVs, SAM missiles and so on, the Turks also decided to develop themselves. When Israel and the US insisted on drones, these events flared up in 2007. Look, for example, why don't Saudis and Greeks engage in such things? Because there is no need. they can have whatever they want. Especially the Greeks. With EU debt, I passed army lines Almost half of the IFV, F-4, anti-aircraft and APC squadrons and about 1/4 of the tank squadrons were donated by the USA and Germany. The thing with the Akıncı is that it has a very very long attack ranges. And Turkey uses its drones in combination with EW systems like KORAL which are designed to destroy the vision of enemy radars or at the very least limit them substantially so a drone like akıncı kan fly close, maybe with a fleet of TB2 as backup / distraction. The. Loose its heavy munitions on large targets while TB2 target any armored vehicles and enemies in the base. Akıncı carries long range cruise missiles and stuff.

Well, you gotta hand it to turkey, they do seem to have sorta pioneered the actual use of attritable but still modestly capable combat platforms like the TB2. At only $5 million a piece, each drone costs about the same as a pair of expendable long range cruise missiles, so even if one does get shot down after a few sorties, monetarily speaking, the exchange ratio of expensive gear that the tb2 has already destroyed leaves the defender at a significant disadvantage. It also probably really helps Bayaraktar's marketing department that there's been plenty of footage this past year of their drones penetrating heavily IAD defended airspace and destroying even BUK medium range air defense systems that should on paper be easily able to spot them despite the tb2 not actually being a VLO aircraft.

Finnaly someone who is objective and not biase towards the Turks....You are worth your nickname...711 Truther.. Now, who is Selcuk Bayraktar the CTO? Selçuk was born in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul in 1979. He completed his primary education in Sarıyer Primary School and graduated from Robert College in 1997. He then pursued his undergraduate education in Istanbul Technical University’s (ITU) Electronics and Communication Engineering department. While at ITU, he was offered a scholarship by the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn) where he received his Master’s Degree in 2004. While at UPenn, he was awarded a second scholarship by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a research assistant in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, where he then completed a second Master’s Degree. As a graduate student at Penn in 2003, and for the first time in world history, he successfully carried out air-ground coordination of UAVs in formation flight alongside terrestrial robot teams. He continued to set record-setting milestones at MIT with his research in the autonomous, aggressive maneuvering of Unmanned Helicopter Systems, publishing his work in leading journals of controls engineering. He returned to Turkey in 2007 and has since been serving as the CTO of Baykar, which developed the first national UAVs to serve the Turkish Security Forces in excess of hundreds of thousands of hours. He has advanced his applied research in the fields of avionics system architecture, flight control, navigation algorithm development, system kinematics and dynamics, electronic hardware and embedded software development. Throughout his work, he has emphasized the indigenization of unmanned technology and underlined its importance as a national priority. Now tell me, Does he have the ability to deliver what he prommise or not?

Self-reliance should be everyone's first priority. When the atmosphere of competition arises, good quality and low price gain importance. In defense production, China has attracted many countries from the influence of America and Russia by implementing this policy. Inspired by this, Turkey made a unique foray into the UAV industry and today is known as a superpower in UAV production. Turkey strives to offer its customers an attractive offer that not only meets their needs but also increases their impact and leads to a steady income. And everyone should think like that, but this is only possible when you are not a victim of restrictions/Sanctions. In the end, only that the world should take practical steps for the establishment of an independent state of Palestine and the independence of Kashmir from India. Stop the atrocities on Christians, Sikhs and Muslims living in India

i am no military expert but it looks like because we had no other choice. we involved in multiple conflicts directly or indirectly over the last 10-15 years and because we do not have stealth aircraft, we needed something cheap and useful to get the job done. additionally, using a fighter jet in a foreign country vs using a small drone poses different amounts of threat, so a safer option in terms of prevention of going from a conflict to a whole war

Since 1952 Turkey has definitely benefited from being in NATO. Otherwise it is definitely possible that the Soviet union would have tried to secure key territory around the black sea from Turkey, especially the Bosporus strait. Either by force, or other means. As for the Kurds, because they don't have their own state, it doesn't invoke article 5. For example NATO did nothing during the military coup in Greece. So domestic stuff has never been a NATO thing. If Turkey was invaded by another outside country NATO would step in, all nations would actively send weapons, supplies, and soldiers to protect Turkey.

3 months have passed, and the red-apple has already completed most of its flight tests, it will be in the army inventory and used before the end of 2023, there are countries that want to place an order already. In these 3 months, turkey's 5+ generation manned fighter aircraft was produced and its tests have already started. At the same time, a real invisible weapon was produced and flight tests began. especially the tfx project is a very different project, it is far beyond a 5th generation fighter plane, it can even be called a 6th generation because its concept is very different. because it's not just a fighter jet, it's the command center of the drone fleet that will fly alongside it. a separate artificial intelligence command system that manages drones, each of which is already managed by artificial intelligence. Turkey started these works very late in time, but it also managed to produce functionally and cheaply that no one could imagine. If it goes on like this, one of the poles in the multipolar world will be Türkiye.
