Wim Hof, also known as the Iceman, is an athlete known for his conquering of the cold.
After losing his wife, he found a great way of coping with the pain was swimming in ice and from there, developed the Wim Hof method of breathing.

Listen to what he has to say and what do cold does for hin both phisically as mentally. Yes he does show off, but is that a bad thing? He just shows off his accomplishments. He realised that the cold does something good for him, which he likes to share with the world.

Actually... Over time it does... When you can teach your body how to run more efficiently in cold and with blood vessels constricted... it DOES strengthen your body AND your blood vessels and the amount of oxygen they bring in... do your research man
