Semester tution Fees BE degree keliye alag aur MSC Degree keliye alag dena padta hai kya If semester tuition fees is 2lac for BE then should I have to pay 4lac for each semester after being allotted 2 degrees??? PLZZ ans bro

Hey! I have a query. If i got some branch in bits counseling and if i want to opt out of counseling process. Will i get the refund of whole amount that i will deposit after 1st iteration(around 3 lakh)- admission fee+ 1st semester fee?
