This should not be used for POINT objects because using a QLEADER to display POINT object properties is not efficient. You would need to go into the field properties and select each different POINT object, for Easting, Northing and Elevation in order for the information to update when you copy it from point to point. That is why just using REGEN did not work at the end of your video. You said that the coordinates updated, but they clearly did not. Instead, it is better to create a POINT LABEL STYLE that displays ENZ and add it to your point object. Then you have a dynamic label that moves with the POINT.
