Technically reporting them to the FSCA should be enough. Because they should conduct and when they find criminal activity (scamming people, selling financial advice unlicensed and selling unregulated financial products) which is what all these guys do, they should foward the case to criminal authorities (hawks, Sars etc) and those guys should log a criminal case and it's jail from there. Unfortunately our system is what it is so we end up with this nonsense but 2nd best is scam victims filling a Civil lawsuit together but that requires someone to take that initiative (which is what I personally feel Rydal could be helping because these people contact him personally all the time)
