How do Black Women know if White Men are Interested in Them

I think men stare at women if they feel they are pretty or beautiful regardless of her race. They usually don't stare at things they don't like.

I believe that white men has been interested in black women a lot of the time, but are reluctant to be in a relationship with them because of what their friends and family may say, instead of thinking of their own happiness and well-being.

I agree with wm are nice. So much so that a lot of times, bw have no idea they are trying to get to know us. A ww I work with put me on game. We were talking about our weekends and how I went to a Minor League Baseball Game. I was in line at the concession stand and something went wrong and there was a delay. I was telling her how the guy behind me and I decided to wait rather than go to another station. That we had a nice time talking as we waited. She jumps in all excited and asks "so, did you get his number?" I reply, "oh, he wasn't trying to talk to me. We were just hanging out in line." She goes, "Yeah, so he can get to know you." She then proceeds to tell me how wm approach women they are interested in. I was completely clueless. Sooo, if you have a conservation with a bw and you would like to get to know her better, end the conservation with "This was fun. We should get coffee someday" to give us a clue.😊

I really appreciate you sharing. I agree with the other responses, that the staring is VERY uncomfortable for me. There have been times when I know the man was flirting. But nothing more happened. Oftentimes, my experience with WM has been in passing (ie., grocery store, restaurant, work, etc.) so it’s not like you have a lot of time to talk. So, in those moments, I would like it if the WM is more aggressive and make their move. For example....”Hello, forgive me for starring. But, you’re very attractive and I would like to get to know you. Do you have a moment to chat?” 🙂

You eventually learn to differentiate between different types of eye contact. A creep or lecher won't look at you the same as a hater or someone who is just being polite or an admirer who wants to ask you out. The eyes usually have it regardless of face masks and what not. Although you can never tell with a psycho. On another note, I am glad you saw the friendly side of that lady at college. She clearly reacted a little warmly as a protective mechanism. It’s a good thing you love the melanin skin that black people especially black women have not just that but other things about black women also a lot of the black community has issues with their skin color cuz of self hate or colorism and many black males not really desiring their own women

Avoid at all costs, any man who will NOT introduce you to his family, friends, or co-workers. Major RED FLAG!!! He probably has a "fetish" and sees you only as that. He's curious, or has friends who have been with a black woman. They always tell on themselves.

I just recently moved to Arizona and it's hard to date interracial here. I've dated interracially for many years and moving here in AZ has been a challenge. This state is very conservative and racist in my humble opinion.
