The diagrams in this are great visualizations of the concepts. Very creative, thank you

how do you read for multiple poles rotor. should we make more hall sectors. If so what would be the ration between the number of poles and hall sectors to gain the maximum torque(not considering SVPWM.)
@jtlee11083 жыл бұрын
Great question! You move your hall sectors to be spread over different arcs of a rotation. For example, a single pole pair has its halls spread around 360 deg, a two pole pair would be spread around 180 degrees, so you would go through each of the 6 hall sectors twice per rotation

small nitpick at 0:20 you say "brushless" when you mean brushed

lol you're totally right. unfortunately I have not figured out a way to edit my uploaded audio without deleting and reuploading

Hoping to hear about synchronous and asynchronous commutation. It seemed like you were possibly alluding to them coming in a future video.

please Is it possible to control 20 brushless drivers with only one variable resistance for speed in all drivers Also, is it possible to control the movement of all drives from one selector only?

In this video 6 the "sectors" are shifted by 30° clockwise compared to video 5. I think the commutations should occur according to the "sectors" in video 5 not video 6. In doing so, at the commutation time, the magnetic field is exactly ahead by 90° compared to the rotor.

Hi Jantzen Great work, keep it up. Perhaps it's just for me, but your 'Understanding Motors' playlist looks to be out of order and includes a video that has since been set to private.

Oh shoot thanks so much for that, I will try to get it straightened out right away!
