I don't know if anyone will notice this.. just want to tell I see dreams of series or movies i have seen where I rewrite the script or i write the next episode in my dreams.The story is very continuous and confirming to the series or movie. Those dreams are so vivid and clear. And I am very aware in my dreams...I even say to myself.. stop this is not possible..or change this scene sort off. It fucking blows my mind next morning.. and all I remember is only 1% of my dream.

This was one of the best neuroscience streams of all time! thank you so much pannel for this. During the lockdown, I had read a lot about dreams, Iknow the basics like teeth falling that symbolizes a new phase for your life like that happened in our childhood. it may not be true, but I have read about falling from a cliff as well or dream about death, and dreams were something that I got really interested in psychology as well! this was great! waiting for more! never knew our brain functioned like a factory when we were asleep.

Rewatching these series and taking notes and everything to feel smart. Yes, I experienced sleep paralysis 3 times. I maintain dream diary or tell my mom or sis about it. It's like our morning family time. We drink tea and talk about our dreams and try to interpret it. I have googled about the symbolism and many times they were true. I feel dreams mirror our subconscious really well. And this is just our brain trying to talk to us. Loved this stream!

Can you share some experience about sleep paralysis? I mean in that state ik that the full body is paralysid but can you think at that very moment?? In short can you think in your dreams ? Have you experienced it ?
@preranaarbad5581 Жыл бұрын
@@captain2311k Sleep paralysis is kinda like when your brain is awake and your body is not except your eyes. So yes, you can think clearly. You can't see dreams when you are sleep paralysed because it's "post-awake" state. Also, yes if you want to direct your dream or control it, you can. It's called lucid dreaming.
@yuvashreeharidoss74964 жыл бұрын
I found a lot of similarities with Tanmay's descriptions and observations than what the other said. Like continuing in lucid dreams consciously, most of my dreams are seen in 3rd person, I mostly get nightmares than dreams, waking up in sweat and anxiety.

So when we see someone in our dreams, and we are cent percent sure that we haven't seem them in real life/not even through pictures, is it possible that we would have CONCIOUSLY IMAGINED them with some visage structure? And since sub-conscious DOES NOT distinguish between Imagination and Reality, it captured my CONSCIOUS IMAGINATION, put it into Hippocampus, and now it's in my dreams?
