Excellent advice, and one of the reasons I decided to stop reading for an ijaazah and focus on enjoying my Qur'an while solidifying it before an ijaazah.

Good video. Also, when you don’t enjoy the process, you tend to skip things or do them lazily which causes your end result to be worst than if you did.

Any advice for those in the west who want to attain an Ijazah? Should I look for a teacher here, should I get someone from online or should I travel to Egypt/Madinah for it?

You’re better off getting learning Arabic first than rushing to get an ijaazah.
