Gavin I see your comments and you have such a great positive energy, what advice would you give me? My mother Carol Smith was beaten by staff at Sturdy Hospital, you can Google the stories. How do I get past this? Not only did they use excessive force that caused catastrophic injuries and two brain bleeds but then when she was telling us what they did to her, the doctor called me out of the room saying he was sending her for a CT, but sent staff in that overdosed her on haldol and fentanyl while my 14yr old daughter was beside her. I have had contact with Ben Crump office and spoke with his assistant but nothing inked yet. I want justice for my mother. They violated her civil liberties and civil rights. There are many ways, I personally put myself into a slightly hypnotic state, you can do this with a guided meditation, possibly a violet flame one, where you visualize white light from Source/Angels whatever you feel is close to, visualize the pain, put it in a ball of light & release it to Source where it will be transmuted into pure light (love), which is what Source is, make sure that you are finished grieving, that is what prevent's the letting go the most in my opinion, visualize being filled with thousands of white light particles each filled with pure love God's Source energy (whatever your belief) and filling your entire body expanding your heart. You will have to do this repeatedly. You can use Palo Santo, white sage, crystals, all or none of them. Listen to "I am" and let your subconsious re-learn, form new neurotransmitters (pathways in the brain) to replace the ones that have caused you pain. Christina Lopes has a video on some different ways as well. Another example is put your pain in a backpack, walk through the woods, come across a opening a meadow with a balloon, you take each pain out & put it in the basket (I do one), & release the 4 ropes one by one, & RELEASE, & I'm not sure I'm explaining correctly, but when you release the balloon, you watch it fly away you will feel lighter. Cord cutting, cleansing meditations are also good to look up, try them until you feel the energy shifting. It takes a lot of work, but if you can tap into hope this helps somewhat. Much Love

When I was 14, when closing the gymnasium and stepping into high school, we made a memory book with the entire class. Everyone had a picture and a motto of their choice. Mine was (translated from Romanian)- Keep the memory of your sufferings well guarded- it is the most expensive treasure. Thank you so much for these messages!! I feel like you were speaking directly to me. (I’m sure many others feel the same) I’ve often been told I’m too emotional, too much, too too too. My mother passed away two years ago and a part of my ‘never good enough’ died alongside her. I forgave her to help myself heal. Last year in March, I was standing on a sidewalk and saw a truck heading towards me. I couldn’t get out of the way and got hit. The person who hit me left the scene of the accident. I sustained many broken bones but surprisingly no head injuries. I had a very hard time during my recovery process and dealt with a lot of PTSD. I kept replaying the scene of the accident and trying to understand how anyone could run over me and not stop to help me. When you’re in the ICU and can’t move time slows down to an unbearable pace. All I had were my thoughts. I had to totally surrender to the unknown. I knew my thoughts were connected to my healing process and I wanted to heal more than hurt. I don’t know why I was hit and I’ll never know but I do know I’m a better person now. I recognize the gift and part of that gift is forgiveness. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. 🥰

Definitely the worst moment in my life was when I realised NO ONE in my life actually loves me. I genuinely didn't feel actual hapiness ever since, but I try a lot, I've been stuck in a complete isolation from everyone and my relationships can never reach anything beyond surface level. I am emotionally starving, I understand that I could never learn self love otherwise... but I hope this ends soon. Some readers are really dialed into fear based energy and while we can't ignore the shadow if we want to truly heal, spinning around within that energy does not help lift us out of it. I appreciate you being here. I just learned first hand what that phrase, "And though I walk thru the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil," means. All that Scorprio energy was really lit up in my natal chart, it was like walking thru the catacombs. I had to feel some really dark stuff but it was just coming up for healing. Ancestral work. Thank you so much Dee for such a loving message. Just today, I was shown the truth about my parents and others who have been abusive to me. I thought they were narcissists but they are actually they are trauma survivors and deeply wounded. It does not change what they do and what I have been through but I realized that I was actually so angry and disappointed with broken people. I was blaming them for being hurt themselves and being unable to heal and grow beyond it. For me, that felt so small and I couldn't be angry anymore. I realized the spiritual truth that they are truly innocent. They are responsible for their actions then and now, I hold them accountable but I needn't be angry. This spiritual truth set me free and now this reading. I wanted to share that in hopes that it may help someone else out of the dark mess of unforgiveness. In tears right now because I couldn't sleep this morning because of what these people especially one of them is doing n saying about n to me and I don't even know them I just hear them constantly saying horrible and untrue things about me it hurts so much that at times I have been suicidal and many times I think very dark thoughts about how I wanna deal with them .
