mam, suppose a student clears ca ipcc in 10 attempts but ca final in just 3 attempts by giving single groups but with very good marks. does they stand chances in PSUs?

Yes , in psu mostly selection is based on marks obtained in computer based test. So no need to worry about attempts

Psu job is a permenant or contract basis

Check for bcom whether graduation regular required...becz CA is a correspondence course hence regular doesn't apply and exempted

Varies PSU to PSU, for eg Sebi exam is hard whereas AAI exam was very easy ... That's why prepare acc to PSU and research the difficulty level and type of questions asked
