I was trying to attach newborn kit to the new metro +. Just realised you can't. Metro plus has its own way of converting to be suitable for newborn. You can't add this newborn kit.

when i put the newborn the but fall down because after the belts became a gap between the belts and the baby's head so all body goes down but the legs are in the higer position ..... this not looking very "Ergo"

Around 2mins 10 seconds when you are about to zip up the head shade to the main newborn kit, we can’t seem to zip it up as the zip beginning isn’t attaching ... it’s like the zip has been put on the wrong way... is this just a faulty piece?

Tyler Fayose I found this problem too and realised I had the hood inside out! When I flipped it and had the label facing inside, I managed to zip it up in seconds 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Maybe for second generation @ergobaby can put a clearer label indicating inside of the hood please 🙏🏽🙏🏽because I spent a good 10 mins trying to zip the thing 😅😅
