For the Pad Thai sauce:
✅ 1,5 tbsp tamarind sauce

✅ 2 tbsp fish sauce

✅ 1,5 tbsp oyster sauce

To marinate the chicken fillet:
✅ 500 gr chicken fillet cut into thin slices
✅ 2 tsp sweet soy sauce

✅ 1 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
✅ 1/2 tsp salt
✅ 1/2 tsp white pepper ground
For the Pad Thai:
✅ 400 gr dried Thai rice noodles

✅ the marinated chicken (see above)
✅ the pad thai sauce (see above)
✅ 5 drops of sesame oil

✅ 2 to 3 tbsp peanut oil
✅ 1 onion cut into rings
✅ 3 cloves of garlic finely cut, or passed through the look press
✅ 1 pack of cubed tofu (optional)
✅ 2 eggs knocked loose
✅ 1 handful of soy sprouts
✅ 1 handful of Chinese chives (Or regular chives or spring onions if you don't have them available.)
✅ 3 tbsp roasted peanuts finely chopped
For the finish :
✅ 1 lime quarter per person
✅ 1 tbsp roasted peanuts finely chopped
✅ some chili powder or freshly chopped chili pepper (cayenne pepper is also possible) - optional !!! - If you don't want the spiciness, leave it out!
