"How Do I" Part 2: How To Communicate With Your Healthcare Provider

We’re launching a 5-part series on “Making the Healthcare System Work Better for You”, to help you make more informed healthcare decisions, and gain the knowledge, skills, tools and resources to make the healthcare system work better for you. The series featured speaker is Dr. Glenda F. Newell-Harris, M.D., a distinguished physician, author, speaker, and patient advocate. With a career spanning decades, Dr. Newell-Harris has been at the forefront of addressing health disparities and championing equal access to high-quality healthcare for all. She will leverage her extensive knowledge and experience to guide you through the complexities of the healthcare system. In Session 2: "How to Communicate With Your Healthcare Provider", participants will learn how to have a conversation with their healthcare provider, no matter who or what type of provider they are interacting with, and how to effectively communicate with their provider.
