Picking a topic is first and foremost about the audience's self-interest. What can they get out of the speech? Second is your passion about the topic. Simple message.

@Deep Gill Firstly understand Fear is an illusion of our mind. No one will going help you unless you help yourself. As I can understand that you have fear that people are watching you staring at you because you are not comfortable with yourself. You thought that how i am looking, what people are thinking about me etc, so be comfortable with yourself. How ? Be infront of a mirror stare at yourself and think that I have accepted myself. Then prepare your speech and go in the balcony and deliver there. Practice there.. it will be like a simulation for your speech. Then do some research about venue and sitting position so that you will get an idea about how much you have room for stage usage. On the final day reach at the venue first go to the stage and walk there for a while and visualize that you fear and speech are in your control. Finally start with your speech in high pitch and cheerful voice (eg. Good morning ladies and gentlemen) it will give a confidence and audience will take you seriously and think that I have to listen to your speech and will respond you with positive smile. Please try these techniques your fear will be gone for sure. I can guarantee you. I am too a public speaker. I can understand your fear. If you find it helpful to you. You can join our community on instagram @_saurabhpuranik_ Here we share valuable content related to Mindset Growth inspiration.
