The meditation for me is to have complete light and sound deprivation. Pranayana breathing or 90 breaths broken into 30 breaths hold on the exhale at the 30th or last count. Holding for as long as you can each time, 3 minutes is my goal. This will awaken my vegas nerves after that I calm my breathing, I breath through the nose normally.
