Hi Chiachin, If you have forgotten your six-digit passcode for accessing services with the Singpass app, you'll be required to reset the app. To do this, tap on "Reset this app" when you're prompted to enter your six-digit passcode and follow the on-screen instructions. If you have forgotten your Singpass account password, visit www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/online-reset-password/user-detail and follow the on-screen instructions. Hope this helps!
