That's ridiculous as you must give an ID at a library and they assign a certain machine for you. Then if they want to trace you all they have to do is look at the time of the email and the IP address of the machine to know who it was. Am I missing something? Physical mail can have DNA on it that is hard to stop even with gloves. Also mail from a post office very far from your home.

What about the online anonymous email resend services? Yes I know they may keep track of you.

Exactly, there's no way to know what they do and do not keep, how they would respond to law enforcement, and more -- regardless of what they claim. Depending on your situation it might be OK, or it might be something you have to avoid the risk of at all costs.
