1 auto insurance. 2. They're an employee. So at the very least there's a SSN they have 3. They have the ability to lose their job if something goes wrong 4. You don't trust. (And) this is the only place where expectations should be unwavering in the execution of utilizing of their business plan as an exchange in practice.

If you’re in NYC, there’s no reason to have a car since there’s public transportation. If you need to travel outside of NYC, just rent a car.

that's what we're saying -- it probably is $3k -- meaning there's no way $400 is half her rent unless she lives with a bunch of people @@shammy6064

Most Manhattaners* 90% of Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx ppl own cars

That’s just not true. The rates for car ownership are 73 percent in Queens, 45 percent in Brooklyn and 41 percent in the Bronx.

It as if we have too many cars or something. It's as if we need better public transportation.

crazy how Almost everywhere in latinoamerica parking people charge like half a dollar for every time you want to park in.

That’s so weird. Here in Florida there is so much space that I’ve only seen a couple of nice parking garages like at hospitals or airports. And these are very expensive secure concrete and asphalt parking lots for each floor. If I saw that bare bones parking cage in real life, I’d be like, “Hell no.” Ain’t no way I’m going let some other car fall on mine. Looks like an accident waiting to happen. Plus then you got a $400 parking permit but no car to park. In a sarcastic sense, yeah I do find that hilarious. 😂

I just back from NYC and decided I'd drive to Manhattan. Parking was $40 an hour in a parking deck. The guy did cut me a deal for 2 hours at $40 flat. I live in a big city, and MANHATTAN driving isn't for the fant of heart. You can't see the dashes on the road, especially at night. Take public transportation is my advice.
