Wisconsin has had coed prisons. Dodge Correctional Institution is the intake prison and had a female section up until the early 2000's. Behind Dodge is the Burke Correctional Center which housed females for a few years before going back to a male prison. Dodge and Burke rec yards were about 50 yards from, so you could talk to females by yelling into there yard. And when I was at St. Croix Correctional Center doing prison boot camp, they added females my last 6 weeks. They had there own barracks and squads, but we did PT and had chow with them. All there classes were separated. Love your channel.

I remember being in Federal prison n met many dudes who were so called millionaires on the streets. Never made commissary or had anything because they said Feds watching their accounts so they can't get money sent in. Another idea might be interview those getting released at intervals like week one, 6 months,9months, 1 year, 1 1/2 years, then every six months. This way people could see what works and what doesn't and you wouldn't be responsible for them working or anything else. Just report how hard or easy it can be.

I don't know about showing off in prison but I know when I was in the halfway house, one of the ways some guys showed off was wearing a lanyard around their neck with a key that they used at the vending machine, it's a device you load money on and works as like a debit card, another way was someone walking around with big plastic bags of instant coffees and Kool aid packs
