1st Judgment:
The Judgment Seat of Christ
2 Corinthians 5:10 (NIV2011)
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
When?
1 Corinthians 4:3-5 (NIV2011)
3 I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself. 4 My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. 5 Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.
The Judgment Seat of Christ occurs after the rapture
Who?
The Judgment Seat of Christ is for Christians

The Judgment Seat of Christ administers rewards, not punishments

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus…
Eternal rewards are earned “while in the body”
Are you earning eternal rewards?
- How effectively do you employ your God-given talents and abilities? (Matt. 25:14-29)
- How generous are you with your money? (Matt 6:1-4)
- How well do you endure personal injustice and mistreatment? (Matt. 5:11-12)
- How patiently do you endure sufferings and trials? (Jas. 1:12)
- How much time do you invest in God’s Kingdom? (Eph. 5:16)
- How well do you control your fleshly appetites? (1 Cor. 9:25-27)
- How many people will be in heaven because of your testimony? (1 Thess. 2:19-20)
- How faithful are you to God’s Word and to God’s people? (Acts 20:26-28, 2 Tim. 4:1-2)
Second Judgment
The Great White Throne Judgment
Revelation 20:11-15 (NIV2011)
11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. 14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

The Great White Throne Judgment occurs after the Millennium

8 He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
9 They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might.
The Great White Throne Judgment is for those without Christ

15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

Iam so 1000% with my lord jesus... I know he took 6hrs of mayhem to save me from my sins...on that cross... There were also the many things our lord jesus did to restore the sick people he met... On his travels. Jesus was also witness by hundreds of followers the lord himself works A man blind,followers witness to restored his sight... Lazarus brought to life from death... A man covered in leprosy then restored to normal conditions... There were many many who witnessed the works of our own lord jesus an noted in writing. Jesus is the plan,our lord king has a plan. Take a look at the lord's works,he himself is proof and our father in heaven,a son... The great white throne judgement is for all those who rejected him. For all unbelievers. The burma seat is for all those who accepted him. Which isn't a judgement at all but of rewards. None will sent away. For Christ Jesus paid for our sins. If you loose rewards you're still saved. You have already passed from judgement to life.

Pastor Jeff remember we are still in the Dispensation of Grace! SO there is no check list.. the ONLY requirement for salvation is believing in the FINISHED work of Christ at the Cross! 1 Corinthians 15;1-4 the Gospel message..and at the great white throne anything that did not give him glory will automatically be burnt up wood hay & stubble..

Sorry to ask, I'm a bit confused ( I'm new to this). If I am saved by faith but I feel bad for sinning (not sinning on purpose though) and I try very hard not to sin because I dont God to get mad at me and send me to hell. Does that mean I am under the curse of the law mentioned in Galatian 3 ? Should I not worry about making God mad ? Does me worrying about breaking the laws (sinning) "cancel out" my saved by faith status with Jesus ?

It's a good question to ask. And a normal one for any believer to navigate. Firstly, we are saved according to Christ power. We are securely in God's hands. So, when we resist His grace, we really make ourselves unnecessarily miserable. We all strive for holiness, not out of fear of losing our salvation, but out of love and commitment to our Savior. It's a fine line to walk, but that is the tension we navigate here on earth. It keeps us longing for the day all of those struggles are resolved when we meet God in heaven. Hope that helps. It's really a much longer conversation to have, that you can find a mentor relationship to do a deep dive into.

The day of judgement wont be a day of rewards for everyone. Alot will have to take all their deeds, thoughts, words and everythung in there life into account. Pls even if youve confessed in your heart and soul that Jesus paid the price for your salvation and you've given your life to him.. still repent and get right with him.

Dear pastor I have a question Jesus in his earthly ministry has told multiple times about judging. He has told in one parable about judging the sheep and the goat. Also he has said in another parable about judging his servants. So in both of these judgements as it seems to be the judgement seat of Christ, are those people who did not meet the standards or they did not come out righteous they were thrown out what happens to them? Are they thrown out into hell. So can the first judgement bring those people into torment as well just like the great white throne judgement?

So there are 'Christians' who don't make it to the Bema-seat. Even if you were born again once, your faith can become shipwrecked. Then you are not gonna make it either. And lastly: if you were born again initially, but willfully keep on sinning, or bare no fruit at all, there comes a time you can be cut of. Then you are no longer in Christ, and therefore you miss the rapture and have to go through the tribulation. You do not even mention these possibilties....

To me, the bible is more than just about obedience into Jehovah/Yahweh (God). It's also about God chosen people whose suppose to be able to think and reason and change havoc outcomes using their Words through faith. Here's an example; you're driving your car and the computer says turn left now. And you can clearly see that theirs a creek to the left of you (fairhill, Cleveland Ohio). And you knowing - if you would've done that then you and everyone else on board would've died that very moment. So you didn't take the computer advice. Instead you stayed accordingly to the road, and reasoned within yourself by reading road signs or stopping and asking questions which way to go. This is the exact same havoc situation all readers, believers of the end time is facing. The book that were reading like the computer is telling us to take a turn that will jeopardize not only your own lively hood but everyone else on board (the earth). Now I know many people (believers) stick to what the bible says. But ask yourself "do you really want an end time?, Do you really want to see your love ones and children yelling for a heir lives as this world falls apart? Imagine you and your love ones being trapped in that building on the day of 911. What a horrible day it would be. Now ask yourself, "what could I possibly do to change it.?" Mark 11:23 says; "If 'you say' to this mountain (ex; asteroid) be removed from here and cast into the sea it will surely do it, if you believe. Another scripture says, and most of us is familiar with this one; "Ask and you shall receive" Therefore the only way out of an end time is to change your Word (John1:1-5) and believe differently - prosperity for all people of the world. Jesus Christ was an example of this Power of Words combined with faith. He Jesus said "faith without actions is dead." Yet, he really showed us the Power of Words combined with faith when he said "Within 3 days I will destroy this Church (meaning his body) & rebuild it." And his crucifixion hasn't even happened yet or took place in time. Therefore, what he spoke he brought on himself to be example to many about the Power of Words. There are many different examples in the bible that reflects this. The old lady with the withered hand. To remind you, she said "if I can only touch the hem of his garment I would be made whole." And she did it. And instantly she was healed. Jesus turned around and said "who touched me?" She answered, and Jesus said "it was your 'faith' (Word) that made you whole." Obviously some people don't have much faith do to many reasons, but everyone has it. It's about believing what you say having faith in what you believe and you'll receive it. In due time if not instantly. This is Salvation through Jesus Christ being able to understand what you're facing how to combat it without violence or bloodshed and obtain a better world for everyone. Remember, "Faith as the size of a mustard seed can move mountains (asteroids)." "Interesting theory" to find out what humans are capable of controlling. The kingdom of heaven (earth sky/galaxy) is at hand (in your control). Just like keys to your car. Drive it right.

I’m not by any means an expert. But to my mere understanding, it’s similar to the Israelites during the time of Moses. People who lived at the time all seen and knew the events of Moses. However, as time passed and generations went by, they became further and further from the truth. Also it’s basically a time to show that man, even with out Satan, still has an evil nature. Christians, didn't Jesus tell us to pray for God's Kingdom to come and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven, Matthew 6:9,10! God's Kingdom is a heavenly government ruled by Jesus Christ as King. Soon Jesus will bring beautiful changes to the earth. There will be no more death, pain or sorrow on earth, Revelation 21:4,5! No more wickedness on earth, Psalms 37:9-11! After Armageddon the meek will inherit the earth and live forever on it, Psalms 37:29; Matthew 5:5; Proverbs 2:21,22! The earth will be cultivated into a Paradise like God intended in the beginning, Genesis 1:28; Isaiah 55:11! inductive bible study is a good way to approach scripture, especially for those who don't read Hebrew and Greek or Aramaic. And who would not consider themselves bible scholars. 1st. What is the passage literally saying. (consider the audience and context) was it a letter to a church in greece? was it a constitution for a newly formed country? was it a collection of prayerful poetry? 2nd. Ask yourself, what does this teach me about God? What principles can I learn? Does it show me God's justice? His mercy? His love? His Laws? 3rd. Ask yourself, knowing the first 2 is there anything i can do or a way I can live based upon this scripture?

Concerning the Judgement Seat of Christ; You are Correct on the sin issue, but wrong on the reward issue. The crown of righteousness is obtained now on earth (revelation on righteousness)...once You obtain this crown, You will know the truth that separates You from a performance driven gospel, to a gospel where You enter Gods rest, knowing That You completely trusted Christ who already lived and passed the life which a believer receives and now holds. God will not look at all the things which You accomplished during Your life time. He will look at how much You trusted in that which Jesus accomplished on Your behalf when He was on earth. We are saved by Grace, not of works or performance driven lives.

I've worked with handicapped people who are bedridden and I hope they DON'T hear this message and feel guilty because they felt unable to do what seemed as much as others. We all need not worry or fret over our rewards and just follow the leading of the Lord. If we refuse Him we feel enough condemnation and sorrow already. The rapture is posttrib. ⁠ Post Trib rapture is based on scripture. PreTrib rapture is based on conjecture, speculation and misinterpretation of Scripture. Rapture is posttrib and It’s not really debatable. Here are some irrefutable truths. 1. The rapture is AFTER the resurrection. 1 Thessalonians 4. Dead in Christ shall rise first. 2. Jesus said the resurrection is on ‘THE LAST DAY’ over and over and over in John 6. That is the last day of the age of grace. The last day of life without Christ. The last day of the church age. The last day of the New Covenant. The next day starts the millennial kingdom. If the resurrection is ON THE LAST DAY obviously then this means that the rapture is on the last day since the RAPTURE IS AFTER THE RESURRECTION. The rapture is on the last day. 3. The resurrection / rapture is in Rev 20:4. Here we find ‘the last day’. John says he saw the dead come to life. This is the resurrection of the dead in Christ and the rapture is right after it. The rapture is post trib. It is AFTER Rev 5-19. The church goes THROUGH the tribulation. We will not experience Gods wrath just like Israel did not experience Gods wrath when God punished Egypt. And Noah didn’t experience Gods wrath when He flooded the whole earth, but Noah was preserved THROUGH the flood. Not raptured out of it. Israel was not raptured out of Egypt. God will test the church. He will have a pure spotless bride for His Son. Any other position other than a posttrib rapture twists and distorts Gods Word. And then there’s Jesus’ message in Matthew 24:29-31 “But immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days……..And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, ………….And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other. ------ Jesus Himself says that He is coming back for His church and will gather it immediately AFTER the tribulation. How can it get ANY CLEARER???? Stop with this false doctrine of a PreTrib rapture. The doctrine of escapism has to be exposed and refuted by the word of God. Too many people planning their escape instead of filling their lamp with oil. Having said this, in Rev 3:10 God promises to keep those who have proven their faithfulness from the hour of testing. Knowing that be so faithful that God keeps you from the tribulation. Remember this promise of Christ is to only ONE of the seven churches in Revelation. One. There are letters to SIX other churches. And remember this verse. Revelation 13:7 It was also given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them, and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. -- God will give Antichrist power to persecute and kill His saints. Sounds crazy but that’s His plan. Don’t let people tickle your ears with anything that’s not the truth. 2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. Read your Bible. Test your teachers. Reject false teachers. Endure to the end and you will be saved. That’s a promise from God.

God protected Noah, removed the wicked God protected Lot, removed the wicked God protected the Israelites, put the blood over the door posts, with all the plagues, removed the wicked. Same thing again , i.e. "The days of Noah" Ecclesiastes 1: 9- The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done; and there is no new thing under the sun. If there is only one Resurrection of the righteous according to God's word in John, when does it have to take place? Can't be before the tribulation. Has to be at the end for "all saints" to be included, right? At the last day! John 6: 39- And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. John 6: 40- And this is the will of him that sent me, that everyone that seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. there are 2 ways to look at it. the literal sabbath day occurs on saturday i believe. the other way to recognize the sabbath is as a day of rest to honor the Lord, which western civilization does on sunday. some people find this offensive and unbiblical. but that's the way it is approached by both perspectives. either way, it is agreed that on the 7th day God rested and established a commandment to honor Him by not working on that day once a week, a principle we all embrace.
