In 2013, a former Syrian military officer codenamed "Caesar" revealed many activities that took place behind closed doors during the Syrian Civil War. Between 2011 and 2014, as the Syrian regime besieging Homs, the country's third-largest city, there was a hidden hand silently operating in the enemy's supply routes, barracks, and buildings, just a step away from them.
