I like the French approach to fashion. Buy quality fabrics and workmanship and styles that you can wear for years. Wear comfortable shoes. Be practical. Chasing fashion trends shows lack of originality, foolish use of money, lack of more important things to think about. It's like the difference between intellectuals and shallow people.
Very interesting conversation, thank you! I'd love to see a "part 2" video with more questions answered! You are all so thoughtful and well spoken.

Thank you for the amazing subtitles in every video, Risa! i love seeing you and your family journey in the beautiful city, Paris 💖 Love from Indonesia 🇮🇩
Bonjour ! I just discovered your channel, it’s really interesting. I’m French and I live in Tokyo, and I agree with all the comparisons… Tokyo fashion is so sharp, I feel a lot of pressure keeping up with the trends 🥵When i’m in France i’m quite lazy and usually just stick with the classics and a lot of vintage! I also enjoy the safety of Tokyo and being able to go home late on my own…
I love the comparisons, they are interesting and I learnt something new! Thank you

What an interesting video, especially to get to know the Japanese perspective. Spain is similar to France, but with more security. Japan is fantastic because of the safety and courtesy of the people, but you also have to feel a lot of pressure, especially as a woman, because of all the tasks you have to do.
Thank you. That was a very insightful discussion. We are American and hope to visit Paris soon with a child and you've helped us understand what to expect.
Asian hate?? In Paris?? I don't think so..we love you!!

I am in love with Japanese culture and people. Also, Japanese women are of great beauty, femininity (a lost trait in the western countries especially and very sadly), and elegance especially, we could all learn a lot from you ladies. I wish I was born in Japan.

I agree with the comment below: you are making a generalization. Women globally a are different
believe Paris is a city where some people perceive social life as either revolving around vacations or staying within a small circle of friends, which can be stifling. While I appreciate the city's diverse cultures, this lifestyle might not be the key to true happiness in a social society.
Me ha encantado ésta charla ha sido muy interesante! Yo vivo en Palestina y las costumbres de este país con el mío son significativas! Un abrazo gracias por el video 👌
