There is not a fix day but I race saturday and I prefer monday, tuesday or wednestday. Not to close to basketing day

Eu cred ca sarea e mai bine sa o macini bine bine cu un ciocan și sa o pui pe boabe. Mult mult mai bine. Chiar împreuna cu vitamineral.

Efectul apei cu sare se Himalaya este mult mai complex decat prin administrarea sarii direct pe hrana.

@@MariusTunducPorumbei in momentul când o beau diluată in apa, datorită modului cum beau ei apa, cred ca le poată curata nările și aparatul respirator superior. Asta ar fi beneficiul in plus, in rest, eu consider ca și pe boabe restul efectelor sunt la fel.

Da si asta e un plus. Mai sunt ai niste reactii pozitive care apar prin dilutie sau cel putin eu asa cred.
