If course the devil tries to send a counterfeit we just use discernment. Like if someone believing for a spouse or something, just have to be led. And focus on Jesus.

I'd love to hear what Barry says too, but if you're just looking for examples of what you can speak to your body, I say... "Body you have already been healed by the stripes of Jesus. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You have been redeemed from the curse of the law so you are redeemed from every sickness that exists or will exist. I bless you, body. I speak life, abundant life, to you body. You are the temple of the Holy Ghost. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead lives in you and brings supernatural life to you" (The scripture says that the Holy Spirit quickens--gives life to--our mortal bodies. Well, I was already alive when I got saved, to that must mean that he gives me supernatural, abundant life!) Then I "call those things that are not as though they are", and prophesy over my body. I've been battling metastatic uterine cancer so I say, "The power of death and life is in my tongue, so I speak death to cancer. I curse cancer to death. Every bit of cancer that has attacked my body is dead and washed away by the blood of Jesus and the Word of God. Uterus, you are healed and whole. You are healed of all cancer, you are the proper size, your lining is the normal thickness, and you are in the proper place in my body." I always end with, "I am healed, I am whole, I am strong, I am healthy, and I have what I have said!" There's a lot more that I say, but I think you get the idea lol.
