Me. I don't wanna take inhaler. I've taken it like 5 times since morning already. And I'm out of meds and have to go get them myself and that on foot too!! I start hyperventilating just with a little walk so I'm a little afraid of going out. Gonna take a friend with me. Last time I took a friend with me i had an acute attack, she panicked and didn't know what to do. I didn't have my inhaler with me and we were outside. It was the first time she had seen an asthma attack so it was understandable i guess. She couldn't even leave me there and rush back to get my inhaler. Fortunately i made it back but i was hyperventilating. I thought my inhaler won't work but it did. and my other friends were also in my room when we came rushing in. They also panicked. I couldn't stop laughing at them after i got better. They made sure not to let me walk too much after that. They're pretty sweet. Though it was still kinda funny seeing their stunned expressions and my laugh came out involuntarily.

I wanna know if we need to take this test while having symptoms or in normal condition? Cz usually symptoms occur at night or early morning and we can't get this test at that time.

i am a 10 yr old and i tested positive for asthma when i was like 2 i wa not breathing that good i was tired i could ot walk it ws normal for my dad since i was 2 it was normal for me not to walk that good until i got worse way worse i went to sleep i woke up in the monring with a very very fast heartbeat and wheezing when i was breathing i ate a lot that day until finally i could not walk at all my chest was banging my mum was a nurse and still is so my dad called my mum and said does this sound normal to you? my mum obviously said no i went to the hospital that night and was in there for a month a big month

He said FEV 1 should be 70-80% of FEV 6, which was 6 litres. So it should've bee. 4.2-4.8 but he said it should be 4.85, which is incorrect and bad math.

I’m in similar boat. I’m taking vitamins to help reduce inflammation in lungs, I ordered a $50 spirometer to test my FEV1 results, I also plan on taking inhaler before I go in for official test to open my lungs as much as possible.
