I prefer when a morale defeated player individually resigns so we can take their units. Its far preferable to the player who gives up, does nothing, and continually demoralizes the team with ranting and team resign votes.

I feel bad for red team, their Rusky friend Grin cost them the south sea and Douwi just wasn't experienced enough to win the north one. I can't believe that Ralcorvan would leave so early! Tilted by the first big push when their team was winning literally everywhere else on the map.

This was a big flop from red team. Where was the air support? That could've shut down the cataphracts and ensured duck supremacy. Tan had a decent plan but wasn't able to follow through quickly enough. The guy down south ignoring the geo....bro.... that killed the south seas and the middle. To be fair though the red player was absolutely carrying his team, hard, and deserved a medal for that.
