I do wish I learned to play an instrument when I was younger but stupidly I did not. This looks like it would take a long time to learn and a tremendous amount of patience which I lack. Thanks for the video.

I have had my mini for over a year. Your video is the first one I have seen showing how to play the notes. Is there a way to just take the section with you showing the keys and playing the scale. I would like to use it by simply repeating and practicing that section. I see that there's a person who is selling classes for over $300 on the more advanced units. He says he's going to come out with one for the mini but I think $300 is a bit much. Any thoughts on expanding your video. Is there a way to index your video and we could simply go to that section more easily Thank you again Thanks for the video

Great video for the beginners. I bought this instrument during COVID pandemic when it had just come out in the market and loved it. My favorite tone is trumpet as it is the most expressive inbuilt sound. I have really enjoyed playing Bollywood songs on aerophone mini and also uploaded some videos too 😊

Thanks for the comment! Yes that's right, the price ranges are rather high. How's your experience with Aerophone mini so far???
@edc67742 жыл бұрын
@@hello_gracenoona Thank you for replying! My experience with the mini is quite good It’s just a fun instrument. and I still like it with my piano background. :) I was really waiting for a newer version as the AE 20 and AE 30 have too many options I won’t use and too high pricetag! Btw I prefer the saxophone sounds on the app and think they are better than the built in first preset! I found a way to reduce the latency by adjusting the attack slider under the reverb on the app! I mainly use the flute and trumpet preset and planning to perform a few songs in the near future with it! Would I buy the mini if it was lost or stolen? Probably I would if the price went down or go broke for the AE 20 and put the same recorder fingering as one the mini. Waste of buttons for us mini players I guess? 😂
@hello_gracenoona2 жыл бұрын
@@edc6774 yay! It's relatively an easy instrument and you are right when it comes to price range :/ I like string and flute from built in sounds, but I do use it as. Midi controller and try out different sounds from Logic as well hahaha.

@@hello_gracenoona Any guidance is most welcome Grace. I play the piano keyboard presently and in the past have played the descant recorder. I chose the keyboard because it is an instrument you can play anytime of the day and not disturb your neighbors. The AE-01 offers me a similar facility, you can control the sound. I think lots of people will be attracted to your tutorials when word gets out.

Hi and thanks for your posts. I have recently purchased an Aerophone Mini and I found it harder to blow into than I have initially thought, thus I would like to ask what would be the best settings of the “Breath MIDI Out Parameter 1 & 2” in order to make the lightest effort when blowing (my lungs aren’t that strong anymore). The “Breath Sensitivity” is set at 1 already. Thanks beforehand.
@hello_gracenoona2 жыл бұрын
Hi! Glad to know that you've got yours! Okay, so basically....Every time we switch the Mini on, the breath sensor gets an automatic calibration based on the current pressure. This means, whatever the air pressure is at startup, that becomes the “zero” value. To reset and re-calibrate the instrument, - turn the Mini off - wait a couple of seconds - switch it back on. Sometimes you have to repeat the switch-on & off to return to normal conditions. Hope this works!

I'm a violin player. I don't think its violin sounds really match with the real violin. I like its sax and flute tones more. Would you please tell us more how to play vibrato with this instrument. Thanks
@hello_gracenoona Жыл бұрын
Hi. Thanks for sharing that! :) well, when it comes to vibrato, there isn't a button or feature that you can specifically do, as this is mainly for beginners as well. However, when I tried the instrument, depending on the mode, I noticed that there's vibrato with the tones
@kennethyeung7418 Жыл бұрын
@@hello_gracenoona thanks for your prompt reply. I notice this instrument can react to breathing volume from our mouth. Does it mean that we can produce the normal vibrato with variations in breathing? If so, is it easier to produce this sort of vibrato with this instrument than the normal saxophone or flute?
@hello_gracenoona Жыл бұрын
@kennethyeung7418 yes. The breathing control is there, but it's not really to produce vibrato. The built in tones in this instrument have vibrato as well. But again, it may not produce the most natural vibrato
