He had the BEST OPENING AND BEST GAMEPLAY (except king e1 move) - Magnus carlsen said this on his channel Take take
@Young-ep8ik10 күн бұрын
@@vidhubhardwaj9672 Did Magnus mean this is the best played game by Gukesh in this match, or did he mean his gameplay was better than Ding in this game? Judging by the use of 'best' it seems to be the former. Can you confirm?
@Young-ep8ik10 күн бұрын
@@vidhubhardwaj9672 So I listened to Magnus' recap. He did not say what you quoted. He did say he was very impressed by Gukesh at a few moments. And the closest thing he said was Gukesh had HIS best sequence in this game so far in the match. This was after he gave the answer to the question 'who impressed you more after 7 games?' to which Magnus first said it was Ding, partly because of low expectation.

To be able to bounce back from a lost position and level the field is the stuff of legends

I feel Gukesh overthinks every move and going down to 11 sec proves that.but that 1 move which was major mistake he didn't analyze all possibilities.i think thats where he gifted Ding the draw. Golden chance he missed and Ding would be fearful now but still win is a win.

Ding defender a losing losing position while in time trouble and held him to a draw. Ding was the one who outplayed Gukesh in the end.

@0:47 How do you Outplay your Opponent if you cant/didnt Beat them? He Outplayed you in the End Game. Ding also had a Winnable Game that turned out to be a Draw.. These dudes are Evenly matched in their Current forms.

It's a long tournament where you have to hang on and suck out whatever positive you can come up with. Plus, it is a fact that Guki kept a World Champion on the rope throughout the game, so that's a big positive in itself

bruh this gukesh meatriding's gotta stop, Gukesh defo didn't outplay Ding, it was actually the other way around if you consider the difference in prep and in the time Ding had left by the midgame you can defo say Ding had an amazing defence. And this response is literary the most genaric response anyone could give, like wtf is this glazing.
