Thank you for this. Children need more of this. I also was a victim of bullying for 7 years. All the way through Jr High and High school. No one ever helped me. I did not know how to protect myself. I am in my 50s now and that bullying still affects my daily life. Once I realized what I was experiencing was adrenaline and not fear, I was a force to be reckoned with. No one ever messed with me again. Adrenaline should be explained to children. Because I was shaking I thought I was scared. But that was my fight or flight kicking in. They choked me, they pulled my hair out of my head, they spread feces on my lock and locker and push some inside of my locker they were constantly tripping me and throwing stuff in my hair. I never did anything to them I just looked different then they did. Thank you again so much for this video I hope children that need this will see it. I am definitely sharing it.

Master Wong, i was a victim of bully as well. I remembered I had to fight by my self all the time and everyday that the teachers never stand by my side. Because of that, I was too worry about making trouble to the class and so have never beat that bastard one time. I so regret that I just didn't do it that one time because of the unfairness by the teacher. I want to get stronger but I get occasional injuries of my tiny finger when I training ever since my finger was dislocated in a basketball game.
