I have an inheritance left from my uncle his daughter and him told me while he was alive. My sister mother and other disloyal people literally tried to make me seem crazy and take it , gangs stalk the whole nine I relocated to an undisclosed location and got my barons ready to fight back! Please help! I got so much info and details about it, it should be a slam dunk for any lawyer. I am simply trying to take the legal route before this thing gets taken to the streets!

Thank you for this. My grandmother passed away a few years back and the trustee (scandalous relative) did not give any information about me and my sibling being on the will and our benefit . Is it too late to find and recover any inheritance/benefits left behind ?

Thank you for this video! My grandfather passed (in OR) and left a revocable living trust to his second wife. My family was never notified of his death or an beneficiary status of his trust. However it seems I should inquire if we are heirs, since his second wife is the trustee.

You can definitely ask if you are a beneficiary, and if she is the trustee. An Oregon attorney can tell you whether you have a right to see the documents if you are a beneficiary.

Good morning, what do you do if your family had a trust before they passed away and own property in california but you live abroad in Spain? Are you and your adopted cousin heirs to the property automatically

If there was a trust in California and you have access to it, I would find a trust administration attorney in California. If the trust is lost and nobody has access to it, probate might be necessary. I would contact a trust administration and probate attorney in the county that the person lived in and give them a call.
