Can you guys bring Jaylen Jasper from Stanford Men’s volleyball to not only talk about saving their program, but also about life and his journey?

I've always wondered about the competition between players on the national team, because watching it and not witnessing the play firsthand, its honestly pretty difficult to distinguish the abilities of players. Like its at such a high level that everyone can do everything the other guys can do. In my experience in volleyball it was always pretty clear who was better and like there was never much question of who would be starting or at what position. I always feel bad for the guys on the bench cuz like in college they were the best players in the country but they never get significant playing time for the national team, or like there's 4 or 5 other guys competing for 1 spot, especially at setter with Micah, Josh and Joe who all graduated around the same time competing with each other for a roster spot. I also what Joe said to be interesting, about the USMNT wanting him to come in as a libero... I've never seen Joe play as a libero, so I'm assuming that if they called him up for it, he's good at it, but like its odd to me that they'd call up someone for a position they weren't trained in/ didn't normally play... same with watching Micah play OH or libero in the VNL, like he was almost always a setter for UCLA except when they ran a 6-2

The coaches likes to experiment sometimes. Meg Courtney is a good example. During her college days at Penn State, she’s a great OH. With the National Team in 2017, she was brought in as OH as well but then they moved her into a Lib position. In her Pro-league up to these days, she still plays OH but she plays Lib when she’s back with the USWNT. In my opinion, she’s great at both position.

They probably wanted Joe to have this intl experience and when the only spot available was libero, they probably asked him to try playing the position.

This one is good! I hope you could also feature other men's and women's national team mainstays 😅

Where is this highlight clip from UCLA/Micah that's running in the background from? It's insane!

You find it if you search for "Micah Ma'a UCLA Highlights" in KZbin. It's the first result for me. I really like that music video. The channel "Sets Up" also did videos for a few other Team USA players.

Any tips on getting exposure to the big colleges when I’m from Indiana? I’m on a ones team that was 30th in the nation last year and I just need some tips for the future.

@@finn3883Yes you could, but you would need an american passport, a 2 year residency, and change your volleyball confederation to the NORCECA.
