I just throw it over my head. I always felt like this part was pretty self-explanatory lol.

No kidding. I find taking them off way trickier than putting them on (I usually hike it up on my back and pull the front back over my head while sitting on something).
@EnkiriElite16 күн бұрын
Imo the easiest way to take it off when it's legitimately heavy is to just lie down on the floor!
@RMBLRX16 күн бұрын
@@EnkiriElite oh sure. Sometimes when I rest between sets and don't want to take it off, I just lay down on my side (like reclining Buddha) to take some pressure off the traps, so I can totally see that.

Dont flat hands irritate your wrists at this weight? Tried pushup handles?
@EnkiriElite16 күн бұрын
i have push-up handles and use them sometimes. but I prefer flat hands for these most of the time. just feels more natural
@Spades34016 күн бұрын
The extra workout is great but is it possible to stand it up on one of your wood blocks, squat down and stand up with your head through the hole to put on the vest?
@EnkiriElite16 күн бұрын
The simplest way to put it on without throwing it over your head is to lie down on top of it in the floor, strap it on, and then stand up.

@@maxaffe3195 it's called the EZ vest yeah. There are three, they come in different sizes and have different weight capacity. I got the Max, which is the largest and holds the most weight(300lbs). There are smaller and more minimal versions

Whats the problem with a bag?
@freehatespeech680416 күн бұрын
The weights slide around and end up on one side, or if the bag is too long, slide down and end up over your lower back
