Got a Black 10 rd Arcus 94. Luckily BHP solutions had an extractor claw that fixed my jamming issues. That was my first repair removing roll pins, and hopefully my last. Solid gun, and it is extremely hard to find one like mine.

If you know your gun is empty because you check it everytime you pick it up like youre supposed to then you will have no issues. Sometimes when you are working on guns building guns or whatever you just have no choice sometimes. Well that is a valid point, that wasn't the question in the video. You can safely rack your gun multiple ways. If you believe there is only one way to rack a gun you have way more fundamental Firearms handling issues then only stating one of the four rules. If you are so rigid in your beliefs in your training the minute you panic you're going to screw up. Which is way worse than practicing other ways to manipulate a firearm

If you rack your slide with your finger in the trigger guard, you have bigger problems than how you rack your slide. Having your finger anywhere near the trigger guard while chambering around is a much worse habit than having a degenerative nerve disorder that causes your hands not to work and having to work with what you have.
