My explanation for why Kaecilius and his zealots didn't just portal into the library is because the librarian was there on his nightly duty. Unless you're Wong listening to Beyonce, a portal is difficult to miss.

Kaecilius and his zealots didn't have their own sling ring. In the mirror dimension fight with the Ancient one they had to steal Strange's ring to open the portal out of there.

The issue is, at that point Strange already given up time stone, and cannot do shit. And after he gets un-blipped, infinity stones are already 'destroyed'. Yes, I know, technically all infinity stones are available at that moment, and Strange use 'alternative' stone to undo everything he wishes including: resurrecting Vision, [Widow], [Gamora], Loki and Stark, un-destroying Thor's hammer, un-damaging Thor's eye, un-exploding avengers compound, etc... I sure people will find reasons why he could not do that,

Hello there, I just wanted to point out that one cannot travel through portal with slingring if that person hasn't seen that place so he cannot imagine the place where to go. Just like in X men Tele transport is possible when you have seen that place. 😀
