I’m from India. Very useful info. Thank you. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Need your expert opinion on this: I have a 3.3 kW 3 Phase induction motor with 8 Amps current flow installed on my Grain Pulverizer. It is driven by a regular starter, DOL (direct online) and not a star Delta. The relay keeps tripping even with minimal load and motor also heats up. I ran for few minutes without load and there was no tripping. Let me know where the problem lies. Is it in the contactor relay or the motor itself. Thanks again.

@@romainf145 You need the PF to determine the electric input power. The motor efficiency is the ratio output power to input piwer. It correct explained and shown in this video.

@@learnchannel-TV For me it is not clear whether Pel = √3 UI cosφ or should be Pel = UI cosφ .Since U is usually referred as the Line Voltage, not the Phase Voltage, right?
