Remember when wooden doors were made from wood, solid wood, and were quite cheap, and easier on the environment? I do, and it was not long ago, when the world was not so profit greedy.

@@nicholasburks1118 You’re absolutely right. If its usage scenario doesn’t require too much sturdiness, I think this is a cost-effective solution. Of course, if someone is trying to break into the door, a metal door would be more reliable.😄

The last few doors I installed for customers before retiring had wooden frames with chipboard interiors and veneers outside. Some that appear to have panels actually have laminated exteriors. And those were American-made.

Those are not wooden doors, they are hollow core doors made with particle board sheets.

Thousands of wooden doors every day?. Clickbait...Lol, assuming they made a door at the speed of this video, which obviously they don't, the day only have 1440 minutes, that would be only 130 doors a day. Unless they had 20 more workshops with as many workers and machineries as in the video.

The place I was authorized to shoot was just a workshop, not to exaggerate. Please don't doubt it. The production speed of such a factory is very fast.

Click bait warning!!!! There is absolutely nothing efficient about this production. These are hollow core doors using particle board (not wood). There is no way they make thousands a day. Unless they have 30 lines like this, it's closer to (maybe) 2 hundred per day MAYBE.
