We have had a very wet summer in Alaska so there is a lot of mud. I took my HDI Argo out into the Alaskan backcountry for a little test drive. Even though I have had it out a lot, I am always surprised how it does in the mud.

I’m just getting into winter.😁 Last weekend was the Irondog and Susitna 100 and the Iditarod is in a week and a half. 🐕

Really nice trailer! Follows so well with all the articulation in the neck and axles. Excellent video. Do a video on just the trailer features and function. Please!

I do have a video coming up where I take it all apart to do repairs on the frame and so people can see how it’s all built. Additionally, as per your request, I will do a trailer in the field video as well.👍🏽
@RaisedinAlaska29 күн бұрын
When I first built the trailer, I put together a series of pics of the build and a little highlight reel of it in the field. I just went back and watched it to see if it showcase what you ask for. I will say, on a different note, it’s amazing how small my kids were. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2SyiWuXhpJ_aMksi=fDjk7lIAImpV_HJe

Awesome demonstration and good camera angles! Good endorsement of Argos. I always enjoy watching someone else on the end of the winch cable so really liked that sequence. 😊

Personally, I like to watch someone else do the winching too.😂 I wasn’t sure if I should show the winch scene or how to splice it together so it made sense, but didn’t take too long. Thank you for the feedback.

If Bill Dance can have Ranger Boats sponsor his fishing show, Argo needs to sponsor your moose hunting. You are a rolling advertisement for their product. Don Draper and Peggy Olson could not come up with better marketing than what you are doing with your videos. 👍

I’ve always wanted to fit a shaft out the back and put a boat prop on it. I bet that would work
@RaisedinAlaskaАй бұрын
People do put a small outboard motor on the back of them.
@jaycevessier7554Ай бұрын
@@RaisedinAlaska yeah I’ve seen that before but I think a shaft and prop coming out the back would be way more beneficial

Thank you very much. I am running a Adair tracks on my machine. That said, I get a lot of questions about AK Bush tracks and I hear good things about them. I really should go out and meet with them and get more information about the product.

Guys you could do with a couple of land anchors. Join them together on one winch cable , and the more stress you put on them , the deeper into the ground they grab.
@RaisedinAlaska3 ай бұрын
I really should get, it make, a ground anchor.

What kind of tracks do you have on? Are those the rubber Argo tracks? If so, do you use the ice cleats in the winter? Did you consider the Alaskan bush tracks? I'm looking to get some tracks for my Frontier but am still deciding on which ones. Thanks.
@RaisedinAlaska5 ай бұрын
These tracks are Adair tracks. I have heard good things about AK Bush Tracks and the owner is very personable and knowledgeable.

Quite the machine, those are some rough trails. How many miles do you normally have to travel to hunt?
@RaisedinAlaska2 ай бұрын
Really, the deeper you go the better. More often than not, I’m probably less than 10 miles in. I should go 20.

You should hash tag argo in your title. Maybe you can get sponsored or get a job creating a commercial for them

Ignorant question here: If I hashtag them in the title, or in the description, will they see it? I don’t really know how the hashtag works in KZbin.
