ADH causes the principal cells in the collecting duct to put aquaporins in the apical membrane, allowing for increased water reabsorption. The high concentration in the medullary interstitium provides the osmotic pressure necessary to reabsorb water. For more videos, visit - www.macrophage.co. Subscribe - goo.gl/EMRlRa. Great video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Patlarny Sweet Days Principle (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind product for getting rid of diabetes without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got astronomical success with it.

Do you mean to say that water is absorbed by medullary interstition from urine in collecting duct? OR From medullary interstition of one side to that of the other side?

I have a question so if the person have high ADH for any reason that will made a lot (new) aquuporins channel ? And we get a less urine But what if we don’t need any more ADH what will happened to those channel ? And how low ADH after high ADH will result in more urine ? Do we decrease the concentration in the interstitium space ?

Doesn't it flow in Highest concentration to low? ADH opens aquaporin in CD, but would't the reverse happen due to the high to low gradient law that's established in fundamental biology?
@silvanamaldonado5961
@silvanamaldonado5961 5 жыл бұрын
The action of ADH is a little more related to physiology, because ADH acts when the osmolarity levels go way over the normal parameters, this happens when the concentration of solutes is higher on the extracellular space, therefore the body will try to compensate the high concentration of solutes by releasing ADH to add aquaporins to help release more water and "dilute" the extracellular fluid.
