It I have berms Earnhardt fan many years ago when they started showing more races on tv to pick a driver I waited for someone who impressed me your dad drove a. Inch of laps at Bristol with no power steering he had to manhandle his car and he won the race after that he was my favorite and then he had some issues with terry lebonte it really hurt me when we lost him he was my hero I loved every time they did a interview he was always honest and real like him or. It I see a lot of him in you I understand why you retired I miss seeing you on the track that is a really awesome nomad gas monkey made for you one thing I want to know is who is Mike he must work for you God bless you and your family stay safe and party on

@@ajdahun He does which is why i said i enjoy Mike, but he has a habit of speaking what hes thinking before its thought out. When doing doing interviews vs just sitting and talking to JR just would personally like to leave the "one time i remember you did this, wait was that you? Maybe i dont remember but i remember something like that." That right there clicked off 7mins from this video alone.

@@austinwiseman3186 [in a tone of revelation acknowledgement] Ah! I get it. After giving it further thought . . . I have some familiarity with regards to KZbin and monetarizing; that is, prior to my channel nearly getting shutdown. This 'Dirty Mo Media' YT channel probably profits better from YT monetized advertising dollars [US] with breaking up the podcast interviews into multiple segments. In other words, the few pennies [US] that gets earned per click and view could be done in two ways: 1. Show the entire 30 minute interview in one YT video post. Or 2. Show the same interview in two separate YT video posts. The 'Dirty Mo Media' could make the same income with one 15 minute YT video as they would if they posted a single 30 minute video post. So, running two 15 minute videos with an interview could net more $ [US . . . I assume this is being viewed worldwide . . . so when talking about money, I use the US reference for the dollars] than it would with running a single 30 minute YT video.
@austinwiseman3186

@@bloqk16 you can post the clip videos and the entire podcast and make all the same money. People are still going to watch the clips because of time constraints but it is nice to see an entire interview when you have time. Literally Rogan has been doing it since 2016 or earlier

The relationship between a performer and an owner can get tenuous, both are obligated to give 100% but, being fair to each other is when things get rocky. To make one or the other desirable can be tricky to interpret, you may have all of the best equipment and personnel but finding that trigger to get that last 1% from everyone is the tough part, even the janitor is important if they "click" with the performer or the owner, seemingly mundane things at times may make or break a relationship, especially when it comes to that last little "umph" over others in the same position.

Alex is a reserve driver for McLaren, will be the reserve driver when his Indycar season is over. What happened is very plain and simple, the kid has the points for a Super License, and an F1 team that happens to also have an Indy team is interested. Things worked out well for all parties involved, because Chip is the man.
