the guy had to paint the items he was using with "invisible marker" or something and his glasses had to have a filter that could catch it so he had to look at Guy multiple times where he was actually looking down at his card, thats my theory, nevertheless that was fun

There's a camera he set up above the X on the floor. His helper feeds him the info via tiny unseen ear piece or vibrations thru his phone. Go back and watch how he's always having the person look at the dice or look at the cards. When it comes to the colors of the house, he has even combo of colors folded up in the envelope. And if he didn't put them all in the envelope, he has the other combos hidden around the stage. Probably under each person on the couch.
