They take some put them in a tank then when the water is cloudy they remove the water completely then that water is filled with oyster eggs

Then they put the eggs in a spawning pond then they grow 8 milimeters then they send them to a adult oyster farm then there is a breeding stock for the oyster egg prodouctoun

The adult oysters are 5 Celsius degrees temperature shocked, and they spawn. The spat won't fix to anything, if the salinity is above 28 PPT, NZ oysters are crap quality, I grew really good tasting ones in Mexico, no fresh water run off, and 37 PPT salt. The spat has to be bought, they don't reproduce here.
