How Does She tell Her New Job She's Pregnant?!

This company created this position especially because their employee was going out on maternity leave, and this position was supposed to cover for her. The thing is...she just got hired (she's been trying to get into this company for a while)...and she just found out SHE is unexpectedly pregnant and will be out on maternity leave when the OTHER employee is out! When / how does she tell them?!
