Gen is doing good at reviewing the phone and very informative about the phone specs. Also testing the ability of the phone to the max and appreciate that he is not just point out the pros but also the con on the phone. How cute is he to keep putting the phone against his face to test the heat 🤣 The phone look like a mini computer with the cooling fan. Kinda interestinf to think of making hole for the cover to allow heat release. Hope Gen gets more sponsorship to have more review videos like this. 👍

I'm in love with it seeing it in action finally for MLBB. Wonder how Call of Duty Mobile would handle with the trigger/shoulder buttons? I'm still contemplating on pulling the trigger and buying one for myself. My current one is a Samsung Galaxy A02S but the Snapdragon 450 is downloads ML and then hangs on main loading screen It's a good WTF! Moment able to download with like 65% of storage used but can't even load it completely.

I got one a month ago and I like it, I don’t use the shoulder buttons for ml because I can’t find any way to use it. I’m used to playing without them, it’s easier that way. But the graphics, screen brightness, and gameplay is so much nicer than my iPhone. I’d recommend it

Great unbiased paid review but just a little info on why it was heating on ml at the beginning. It was the tutorial which in almost all the devices including iPhones heats during tutorial time but when it's comes to normal daily gaming usage it won't heat that much its just the tutorial which heats in every phone.

kinda worries still , my redmi note 9 doesnt heat up at all unless i played on mobile data...if use wifi its cool even with ML ultra graphic will obviously cant handle genshin kinda skeptical to get this phone if gen said it heated up just by playing mobile legend altho its clear as day its better phone but the reason i dont use iphone 12 bcus it also heat like crazy and kinda bothers me too please clear me out about this matter...i dont want phone explode or i get radiation

For me rog is always the best....i havent bought or used this version of red magic but i have used the earlier versions of redmagic and also most of the versions of rog....from my experience rog is always one step ahead of all the gaming phones out there when it comes to performance....if it comes to playing games like mlbb,i think the performance would nevertheless be the same because mlbb is not a game which requires very high specs......but if you play games like COD or Pubg for a long time than the result would be pretty ovious

With a minifan that runs 22k laps/ min Redmagic 7 can handle most of the games If you download games that are 2GB+ You will also need a gaming cooler To keep cool during games The snap 8 gen 1 can draw you the missing frame rates while playing games . So turn off the 60 fps or you can keep it if you wanna be smoother. 165hz + snap 8 gen 1 = ultra smooth

I was considering Red Magic over ROG but one of the biggest reasons why I ended up with ROG was due to ROG having a charge port on the side of the phone. So I can use the shoulder buttons without needing to fiddle with the charging cable. I've also noticed that despite having gaming phone status Genshin Impact on max graphics and max fps is impossible to play for long periods of time. I had to get a cooler to play my current games (ApexM, Genshin, ML) so my phone wouldn't experience fps drops due to the heat. If you want to play your games on max graphics on your phone I recommend getting a cooler. I used to laugh at the idea of needing a cooler for a phone game but being able to play any game on max graphics and max fps while phone temperature being below 35°c is really nice.

mobile legends is actually very optimized game compared to others. moontoon knows well that most South east asians cant afford gaming phones just to play ML. that's why even potato phones can play ML but at lower graphic settings.
